Was Wenger "Completely out of order"?

Well according to Graham Barber (ex ref) he was. Apparently Wenger should not have questioned the linesman integrity in the way he did.
However as we all know, Football is an emotional game and officials sometimes get it wrong.
When a decision has such a huge impact both for the current match and future games, I think Wenger had every right to question it.
I often run the line at my sons matches and know all to well how difficult it is to make the right call. When I get it wrong, Im happy to admit it, but then Im not subject to the FAs desire to appear infallible.
I think its about time that match officials are given the opportunity to give an account of their performance, either at half time or probably better at full time.
That way they can be questioned by the media and be able to review some of their decisions from video replays. Any mistakes would then be immediately apparent and the official would be able to, dare I say it, apologise if they did get it wrong!
After all theyre professionals. In any other job theyd have to say where they went wrong. Thats the only way one can improve.
So why not match officials?

you run the line at your sons team and you admit when you get a decision wrong.
How do you know you got it wrong exactly you dont see it on tv.
idiot.
Harsh .... but fair.
Are you saying that the linesman (and referees as well) are always right? totally wrong and dishonest to say that the integrity of the linesman should not be questioned. It's like telling a kid not to question you because you have the authority, whether you did right or wrong. It is highly hypocrital because you are not always right. The honest thing is to admit his mistakes and correct the wrongs. This would really be true professionalism. Refusing to admit linesman's and referees' errors is not professionalism. Threatening to punish legitimate complaints shows arrogance and victimisation mentality of the officials.
Referees and linesmen must be held accoutable for what the do, just as the managers and players are.
Well another parent can say 'you got that wrong' and he can say 'maybe I did but it was an honest mistake' - what a silly point to make toby.
Anyway, yes I think we'd all respect referees if they admitted errors - I like hearing them overturn red cards. But I've seen some where they haven't when they should have, it's pathetic.
