Let me point you in the direction of David's informative interview with the FA. One piece of information might worry German fans in particular. After FIFA's experiment with "Smart-Ball" technology at the Under-17s World Championships, they've decided not to implement any goal-line jiggery-pokery at the World Cup. So if Mr Rooney feels like reenacting that goal from 1966, this summer is the time to do it.
