Practical joke hurts fans at World Cup

Any half-cut football fan seeing this in the street in Berlin is going to be sorely tempted to give it a whack. Two tried and ended up visiting one of the city's hospitals.
Der Speigel gives details of the story but basically pranksters filled leather footballs with concrete, tieds them to lamposts with a sign saying 'Can you kick it?'
According to ENCZTV the culprits were an Austrian artist group. Germany police are looking to press charges for assualt.
