Newcastle's Scott Parker finally gets callup he deserves

It's taken a lot longer than it should have, but Scott Parker has finally won a place in an England squad after years of waiting.
Most United fans know that this should have happened a while ago. The new captain has performed week in week out ever since his transfer from Chelsea. He is one of the best ball winners in the league, add goals to that this season and you have one of the most effective midfielders around.
It is beggars belief that he is behind the likes of Jenas in the pecking order, but hopefully for Scott he can take his chance this coming week and make himself a feature of more England squads to come.
