Decision stands against Babayaro

Following Nigerian left back Celestine Babayaro's suspension for three games following a tackle on Milan Baros, the FA have stood by the refs decision to send the player off and the appeal to have the ban overturned has failed.
It probably means that Robbie Elliot, who had a good game when he came on last Saturday, will fill in at left back during the suspension, with Taylor and Carr still out with long term injuries.
Having seen the incident on replays, it seems to me that Baros made the most of very little contact and was running away from goal, but its hard to decide whether there is enough contact for it to be a foul or not. I'd say justice was done about a minute after the incident anyway!
