If your guilty of not staying, what's your reason?
Promotional video for FIFA Street 3 (30 January 2008)
I particularly enjoyed watching the guys football skills on the bridge and look out for the dangerous kick - ball off top of the head!
A Taste of the Coming Season (11 August 2007)
I feared it may happen, it did, and i hope it isn't something that will haunt The Valley all season. I'll get all the good sportsmanship out of the way first before expanding; Scunthorpe United should be congratulated for grafting their way to a point against a much bigger club, and away from home...
Charlton Athletic: New Season, New Squad (10 August 2007)
The big kick off is less than 24 hours away, and with the pre-season drawing to a close it is safe to say that it has been all change at Charlton Athletic. Over the summer, Pardew has brought in 14 new faces and 16 familiar ones have departed, making the current squad the most unrecognisable the Valley Faithful will have seen for some time.
Charlton Athletic: Ladies Team No More (25 June 2007)
Very rarely do i find myself talking about women's football, but following the announcement that Charlton are disbanding the entire women's section of the football club, with a total of 140 jobs being made redundant, it seems a fairly unavoidable topic to addess.
Arsenal Ladies do it again ( 8 May 2007)
What a great year for the ladies. Winning 4 major cups, including the European title and then on Monday taking the FA Cup with a 4 1 win over Charlton.
A Right Good Hammering (25 February 2007)
Never been prouder of my team than last night. Faced with arguably the most important...

Charlton: Our Darkest Hour (20 December 2006)
Charlton Athletic sank to one of the lowest points in their (on the pitch) history yesterday, squandering the club's best chance at reaching the semi-finals of cup competition for over half a century. The 1-0 loss to League 2 side Wycombe Wanderers left fans furious and Les Reed's job under heavy speculation.
Charlton: Then and Now ( 2 December 2006)
In light of today's loss at Brammall Lane I offer you a contrast of then and now, then being our early days of Premiership survival and now being the 2006/2007 season, with Charlton rooted to the bottom of the Premiership in the run up to Christmas.
Charlton's Season to be Decided on Saturday ( 1 December 2006)
Saturday’s game against Sheffield United is a pivotal one for Charlton’s season. Regardless of league...
Charlton: The Hermannator (27 November 2006)
The performances of Mr. Hreidarsson have been a frequent worry of mine and this is well known to most people that come into regular contact with me. I've been on his case for a while now but for all this time his blunders had been staged at the left back position.
Dowie Dismissal Too Hasty (14 November 2006)
I think it was inevitable that Dowie wouldn’t survive at Charlton. I suggested in July...
Charlton and Chesterfield Create Cup Classic ( 9 November 2006)
On a cold Tuesday night in Derbyshire, Iain Dowie's men, following the likes of Man City and West Ham, were the third potential Premiership scalp of League 1 minnows Chesterfield. Charlton on the other hand, looking to defend their 5th consecutive clean sheet, fielded a strong starting XI and as the scenario promised, a great game was to follow.
Charlton 1-0 Man City: A Tale of Two Keepers ( 5 November 2006)
Charlton managed to keep another clean sheet just by the skin of their teeth in a game where a desceptive amount of chances were created by both sides, only to be cancelled out by superb goalkeeping.

Watching the Fulham/Charlton game on Monday night, it became clear, as with the Portsmouth game...

Yes its true, I’ve done the analysis and they are indeed 4th!
No, really.....Charlton are in Big Trouble ( 7 October 2006)
I admire my colleague's optimism, but I think Charlton are doomed. Recent history is littered...
Bottom of the League: No Problem! ( 6 October 2006)
Worryingly the Addicks are already becoming a "relegation tip" according to pundits and bookmakers and many are wondering, do Dowie's men have the ability to pull out of this rut?
Charlton 1-2 Arsenal: Addicks out-gunned ( 1 October 2006)
An atmosphere of numbing inevitability hung, unwanted, from the rafters of The Valley this Saturday and the thought on the minds of most Addicks fans was most probably damage limitation to goal difference. However, things in the Jimmy Seed Stand were no more cheerful as Arsenal, already languishing below league leaders Chelsea by 7 points knew how much of a must win the fixture would be.
Charlton 1: Arsenal 2 – But how many chances do we need? ( 1 October 2006)
I have to say that we still look at bit shaky, particularly in defence.
Charlton: Relegation Despair or European Glory? (26 September 2006)
A new manager, 9 new signings, 3 points from 18, and a whole lot of anxious Charlton fans. Far from boring times at the Valley this season! It is safe to say that the future is in the balance. Can Dowie turn it around? Is there too much pressure on Bent? Which signings will come good? I don't know, but the alarm bells are ringing!
Is Dowie The Right Man For Charlton? (16 July 2006)
