Wenger redeemed!

Why did I doubt that Wenger would be able to get the boys back playing great football again?
Whilst the game against Milan had everything, except a goal, it made for compulsive viewing. The Gunners attitude was as we'd have expected (and as Cesc predicted!)
We pretty much controlled the game from the outset, we just failed to break through a well organised defence and when opportunities did arise, our finishing was short of the mark.
In the past I've not been too positive about the abilities of Philippe Senderos. However, whilst Toure was on international duty, Philippe rose to the challenge and has provided Wenger with a serious alternative and one that most fans I've spoken too, now seem to appreciate. He certainly had a good game against Milan.
So, whilst it looks like Toure will be out for 4 weeks and without him for the 2nd leg at the San Siro, we now have a worthy replacement.
O.k we now have it all to do when we meet Milan away from home and no English club has ever beaten Milan at their home ground, we've certainly shown that we still have a real opportunity and have it all to play for.
One goal could be enough!

Actually, Toure is only supposed to be out 2 weeks now.
Senderos is hot and cold. He has done well in Europe before - Bayern Munich at home when we won 1-0 but went out on away goals he bossed Roy Makaay. He captained Switzerland against England - his managers obviously think a lot of him.
The away goals are in our favour for the San Siro and we have a reasonable record against big teams on the road (R Madrid, Inter and Roma).
