View all those big football matches for FREE

Whether you support Arsenal, Man United, Chelsea, Tottenham, Liverpool or another team come to that, and you don't have a season ticket or access to satellite or cable, then why not watch your team play via the internet for free!

I recently came across LiveFooty which allows you to view what appears to be all the major football games, over the internet for free.

Premiership matches that can be viewed this week include :

West Ham United v Liverpool
Sheffield United v Fulham
Reading v Wigan Athletic
Chelsea v Blackburn Rovers
Arsenal v Tottenham Hotspur
Manchester United v Watford

Now it does have its limitations. Firstly the quality of the picture isn't great, it sometimes looks like it's raining when it's not, although the close-up shots are pretty clear.

If you're running over a WiFi connection or a slow internet connection then sometimes the screen freezes. But generally it's not bad.

Make sure that you expand the screen using the expand button found in the bottom right-hand side of the viewer.

I don't know who's actually streaming the games, LiveFooty claim their not, just identifying the games that are being streamed and available over the internet. There must be some kind of legal loophole that's allowing this!

So, next time you want to watch a game, and you can't get tickets, it's not on T.V. then give it a go.

Ideal for Uni students I'd of thought!

I dont think it matters if it's mentioned. The authorities are looking to stop it anyway, and a few more shouldn't make things worse, but probably better as the more people that use it the better the quality for everyone whilst it's still around. I've used these players for 18 months now and love it! There is no cost, or spyware/adware, and as I mentioned a few posts up Sopcast and TVANTS are the two I recommend getting for guarenteed football almost every day aswell as other bits and pieces like films and other sport.
