FA charge Ramsey for getting hurt in public

Arseblog have published a nice piss-take of the reaction to Aaron Ramsey's horrific injury and Wenger's understandably upset response. Arseblog's mole claims Ramsey will be charged under three issues:
"Section 26.11a - Causing unnecessary trauma by wantonly injuring oneself off an England international
Section 3.44b - Displaying an obviously shattered bone and contorted limb which may cause distress and upset to workers at Sky television
Section 14.3c - Making the FA's disciplinary procedures look out of date, perhaps forcing the FA to do something about them, but at the very least making the FA suffer a couple of uncomfortable days as they wait for it all to go away"
Plus Wenger getting done for caring about his player's welfare.
Given the erratic behaviour of the FA and it's officials at times, it doesn't seem that far-fetched.
Regarding the tackle, for me it was clear that Shawcross went in hard but not maliciously. It was just horribly unfortunate that Ramsey got badly injured. Shawcross' reaction also clearly showed he was shocked by what he had done and he was swift to apologise. For that, I have no problem with him.
And of course...wishing Aaron a speedy recovery.
Comments
What about the injuries caused by Shawcross to Francis Jeffers and Emmanuel Adebayor (off the pitch). have they been conveniently forgotten. It was a bad tackle and late to simply "get at" Arsenal players. It did not work. he should be banned for 3 months not 3 games.
D English FA S**ks...
Martin O'Neil has a lot of sorting out to do before the semi-final in two weeks.
