Brazil vs Argentina – Are there any spare tickets ?

Im not one who normally moans, but have you tried to buy tickets for a match at Arsenals new Emirates stadium via their website ? Well I have and it's not a great experience !
Its not often that you get a chance to see great teams like Brazil and Argentina play and at such a fantastic stadium. I thought it would be great to take my two boys to the match, especially as it is the last day before they return to school.
Now youd think buying a few tickets would be easy. Select the number of tickets, the prize youre willing to pay and up should come the seats that are available. Not on the Arsenal website !
Once youve logged in with your membership details, selected the match you want to see, you are presented with a diagram of the stadium split into four colour coded quadrants, Yellow, Orange, Blue, Green.
Select the quadrant youre interested in and displayed are numbered blocks also colour coded :
Green Seats available
Yellow Limited seats
Red Sold out
Naturally I went for a Green block. The computer said No. I tried another Green block. The computer said No, this went on and on and on !
I moved onto the Yellow blocks, same response. In fact the same response for all the Green and Yellow blocks in each of the quadrants.
Almost at the point of giving up, I decided to try a Red block. Success, the first one I selected the computer said Yes !!!
I placed my order before the computer changed its mind and my sons and I are looking forward to the match ! (I then tried other Red blocks and found plenty of seats available !)
So next time you watch a match at the Emirates and you wonder why the commentator says its a sell out, and you see empty seats, youll now why !!
Come on Arsenal, you can do better than this, if you can build a £350m stadium, you should be able to build a website to sell tickets !

Dude I have a season ticket and the whole things a joke. Getting food / beer is nigh on impossible - it's so badly arranged.
Horrible, horrible!
This just about sums up my experience of trying to buy tickets via the Arsenal website, plus, the various screens you go through show inconsistent details of which matches are on sale.
Also there are buffering issues with the site. Without being too technical, this means that if you go on before a match goes on sale, when the tickets are released they will not necessarily appear on your the page viewed from your PC (because it remembers the original version of the page it displayed and thinks it's saving time by not downloading a fresh copy of it). Pretty basic stuff for a decent web developer to get right.
Don't worry about it mate, my silver members card won't activate the turnstile and so I have been unable to get in through the turnstiles for the three games at the Emerites (had to get a steward to let me in) - The booking procedure is pretty poor, i've noticed if you leave it for a couple of hours after they go on sale it gets quicker, but it is a pain as you have mentioned
yeah i booked three tickets got no confirmation then rebooked but all of a sudden i have six tickets i think but so far only received three for the match should get another three tommorow a very lousy system went down there and they demanded i pay 30 pounds fee for membership and no record of my bookings at all but ticket master showed me the bookings
Had a bit of a problem too begin with but since then its fine - better than ticketmaster. The other day I got two tickets and was just about to pay when my PC went down. I thought they were lost but I logged on again and 10 minutes later the tickets were still there and I completed transaction. Ticketmaster would have logged you off completely.
