Arsenal's Eduardo leg break

It's no wonder the team were downhearted in the first half after Eduardo was stretchered off. Take a look at this video, a really nasty injury!

just imagine that tackle was,say mascherano on wayne rooney.every critic would be playing a different tune.for david platt,an ex arsenal player to sit there and say it wasn't even a foul is unforgivable.as for a life time ban wenger was off the mark.only taylor will forever know what his intention was but i am sure it was never to break his leg but it was inexcusable

i think wenger is way within his boundaries to say what he did. he has just lost a big player in his squad and with van persie out, eduardo was now our second striker. but thats over for at least two seasons and thats if he ever plays properly again.it was a horrendous challenge wether intentional or not. i dont think he shud get a life ban tho as only he will ever know if it was meant or not.
i agree though with luke who said about david platt just saying it was nothin but i think he could not really see what had happended as no really good pictures were caught on video or camera.
