Arsenal's Beast couldn’t quite do it!

Well I can't believe I just watched the gunners get knocked out of the FA cup by Blackburn. We had so much possession and far more opportunities than our opponents.
In the first half we failed to pass the ball with our usual accuracy and panache, Blackburn closing us down quickly. That's not say Blackburn were any better, because they weren't.
Mr Poll did us no favours, we were due at least one penalty from the Ljungberg incident!
Second half better, but when you play against a side like Blackburn who were intent on stopping the flow of the game (29 fouls!!) it was bound be difficult.
Despite Blackburn's game disruption plan, we could have made more of the free kick opportunities we had.
Whilst the Baptista had the best of chances (if not all of them), it didn't quite come-off for him, and we really missed the likes of Henry and Adebayor.
So on to the Champions League!
One gutted gooner.

Am I the only one who thinks Graham Poll should never referee a first class game again? Certainly one, possibly two, penalty decisions wrong. At least one red card for Dunn gone missing. A yellow for Clichy when he got the ball. A missed free kick before McCarthy scored his goal. And on, and on. Sure, we wasted our chances, but Poll was a complete disgrace. And the smug FA will do nothing as usual!
