Arsenal 2 : Man United 1 : What a game!

Well according to Napolean, Rooney and Larsson were going to "wreak havoc" against the gunners as we'd be spending all our energies keeping Ronaldo at bay. How wrong did he get it?
In the first half I don't recall Rooney making a single attempt on goal & it wasn't till the second half that he had any kind of opportunity and eventually put one away.
As for Ronaldo, yes he did make a few good runs down the left hand-side, but he was pretty much kept in check. When it came to his yellow card and then being replaced by Heinze, I have to say It put a smile on my face!
But as for the gunners, had they lost 1 nil or even ended the game in a draw, it would have not reflected the match as I saw it. Apart for a few spells in the first half where they let United into the game, the match was pretty much played in Man United's half.
Wenger made a good call replacing Flamini and Hleb, resulting Robin Van Persie's first goal, which was so well taken and then to see Henry take the second, fantastic. I'm sure Mourinho was not un-happy to see that goal go in!
What a week end it's been for the Liverpool and Arsenal. That should send a strong message to all the other clubs that have yet to meet the Chelsea and Man United in the league.
Come on you gunners!

There was never a doubt in my mind that we would win this game we are the better side and with cesc fabrigas that will not be changeing in a long long time.
There is no substitute for quality. !
I think you're suffering from a condition called blinkers. I don't think you were watching the same match. Two opportunist and well taken goals in the last 10 minutes don't add up to a game controlled by Arsenal. Well done though for snatching what should have been at least a draw for United.
