A draw was a good result for Arsenal

Like most fans, I'd hoped that we could extend our lead by a further three points and place Man United under more pressure. However, under the circumstances a draw was a fair out come, and takes our unbeaten record to 22 games!
All credit to Newcastle, they played well, put us under pressure, prevented us from playing the football we all so love to watch and forced us to make mistakes. But with a weakened side, we did well.
Almunia rose the challenge and yet again demonstrated why he's Wenger's number one choice, it could so easily have been a different score line!
As it could have been if the decisions, or lack of, by ref (Mike Dean) had gone our way. Last week Wenger was quoted to say that the standard of refereeing had improved in recent years, wonder if his view still stands?
And to respond to the question on Man United Pies - "Can Newcastle do Man United a favour by beating Arsenal tonight?" You've now got your answer!
Good result all round!
