A new approach to selling solar panels

Last August, David mentioned that Currys were selling solar panels for approx £1000 and that they'd carryout a free home assessment.
Well, here's an interesting approach from Sungevity in the states. Unfortunately you have to live in California, so no use to us Brits!
Simply go to their website, enter the address of your house, and an aerial view of you neighbourhood is shown and then you just pinpoint your house.
Based on the aerial photography, the company is able to get the dimensions of the roof and come-up with a tailored solar package, which they then email back to you, together with an assessment on the savings you'll make.
I think that's pretty neat idea, shame it's only available in the states!
