Green websites: Treehugger

This is the first in a series of posts show-casing the best environment-related websites I come across.
Treehugger is probably the green website. It has a huge amount of content and is managed by a dedicated team.
The core of the site is a blog featuring news about all things green. It is predominantly North American focused but covers news from all over the world on everything from green buildings to transport and shopping.
For the serious green it is essential reading to keep up with all the latest news. For those looking to find out how to 'green their life' Treehugger has a series of useful guides.
Treehugger carries a lot of advertising and, despite a recent makeover feels too cluttered to me. Having said that, it is still an indispensible site for anyone interested in making their life more environmentally friendly.
