Pedal power

pedal_551523.jpgI'm planning to do the London to Brighton bike ride next June to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. As it's dark when I get home from work I have been looking at indoor cycle trainers.

In my search I came across the Power Bike from Windstream Power. Basically, when you pedal you use lots of energy and it dissipates as heat.

The Power Bike replaces or attaches to your trainer and captures your energy in the portable power pack. You can then use the pack to power appliances or feed into your household system.

Is this the ultimate recycling?
