Welcome to Real Life News’ second blog - all about the environment. At first glance, it’s completely unrelated to our first blog – football – but their common theme is that I’m interested in both and I’ve wanted to write an environment blog for some time.
I’ve always wanted to do more to live a sustainable lifestyle, but got caught up in the career and family whirlwind and didn’t think about it enough until recently. I’ve now started making changes to reduce the impact of our lifestyle but it’s a gradual process – the family are coming with me reluctantly on this.
So I’ll mainly write about the changes I’m making at a personal level, including tips on things anyone can do to make their lifestyle less damaging to the planet. I’ll also highlight interesting environmental things I see on the web.
But this blog is about more than that. From energy and global issues to environmental science and the darkest green politics, if you’re passionate about the environment and want to share your knowledge and views with others, please get in touch.
