How would you spend the US federal budget?

I saw an ad on City Hippy's website linked to a Ben & Jerry's page that intrigued me.
Ben & Jerry's American Pie campaign aims to redistribute US federal budget from the military to better care and services for children.
The best item on the page is opportunity to allocate the federal budget to various expenditure categories such as health, transportation and so on. You then get to compare your budget with the actual federal budget allocation.
I got rather a surprise.
