The Insane Raconteur writes on the football blog

Over the past couple of months we’ve been recruiting new writers to join the team.

Sometimes we come across people who fancy writing but can’t commit to writing on a regular basis. We’ve therefore decided to offer an opportunity to individuals like this. Entrance the “Insane Raconteur”.

Here’s what he has to say about himself :

“I’m yet another gooner, who wants to be loud and up straight about the game as I see it. I’ve been a gunners fan as far as I can remember watching the sport. When you follow a sport day in and day out, worship every goal ever scored by a certain player, and come to the point of idolizing them, you need to step out of the frame and try to see the picture as it is.”

The Insane Raconteur has put forward a post on the recent game between the Reading and the Gunners titled "It's simple.. it's clinical.. it's Arsenal".

He says “This is my attempt to do that, to write it out as I see it, and get to know how close or far was I from my brothers at Arsenal. You can call me chauvinistic; when I scream out loud, knowing my cry would be shadowed by the raucous of the Ashburton Grove. But that’s all I want to be, just another flaring weapon in the Arsenal.”

If you want the opportunity to write, either regularly or on an occasional basis, then please let me know.
