How to spot a Premiership footballer

We were having dinner at Gordon Ramsey's Boxwood cafe in London last night when Ashley Cole (the Arsenal/Chelsea/Real Madrid left-back) sat 2 tables down from us with 3 other men.
A friend we were with knows nothing about football and wondered which was Ashley Cole, so we posed the following riddle:
Four men have just walked into an upmarket restaurant. Three of them are wearing dark blue suits and ties and one is in jeans and wearing a yellow and grey striped jumper. Guess which is the footballer?
Given the recurring rumours about Ashleys move from North to South London, we had a good stare at his companions, but none looked remotely like Peter Kenyon, so no scoop there.
And good news for Arsenal fans - he seemed to be walking fine on that sprained ankle.
