HOT Topic of the week

One of the things we’ve found since running the football blog, is that our readers tend to stick to the reading stuff about their own teams and rarely read other good posts written by other writers.
However, anything football related that’s slightly controversial gets our readers commenting freely. So, thanks to an idea by Jasper Reed we’ve decided to run a “HOT Topic” of the week to encourage both readers and writers alike to cover issues that are not just about their team and to encourage a debate.
So to kick things off, I’ve written a brief post on whether teams should be forced to have a set number of nationals in their team. This follows a recent comment made by Arsene Wenger. Take a look and feel free to join the debate.
