Can West Ham deny Spurs 4th place?

Arsenal have closed to within 1 point of Tottenham and they both play their last game on Sunday.

Arsenal have the better goal difference so a loss for Spurs away to West Ham means the Gunners would only need a draw at home against Wigan - in the last ever game at Highbury.

If Spurs win they take 4th spot. A draw means Arsenal need to win to move above them.

With the title sewn up it's good to have a few unanswered issues. The 4th place tussle has bite because it is between the North London rivals and has the added twist that Arsenal could snatch it away from Spurs anyway on 17th May if they beat Barcelona.

My predictoion? Both teams will win and Spurs willtake 4th spot. However, Arsenal will follow their pattern this season by playing above their game in the Chamions League and will snatch a tight victoty over Barcelona, thereby taking the remaining Champions League place from Spurs from next season.
