Google Analytics down but not out!

A short while ago I wrote about my expectations for RLN and that one of our aims was to make pots of money.
Well in a bid to try and drive up the revenue generated by the site (currently we just make enough to keep it going) I decided to look at what else we could do.
Pretty much every day I read posts from sites that offer advice on blogging and see sites that are apparently raking it in!
However one site (cant remember which one now) mentioned a company called "Text Link Ads" which sells ad space on blogs!
Ha ha I thought, why not give it a go. After all we do have some space on our site.
So I registered and those nice people from Text Link Ads accepted our site as worthy of their customers ads.
I then asked our site guru to add the code to our site so that we could test it all out and ensure that it works. Which it does.
However, it would appear that in adding the Text Ad Links code, it somehow interfered with our Google Analytics tool.
At first we thought Google had taken exception to what we'd done and had somehow black listed us and visitors were leaving our site in droves.
Fortunately that wasnt the case.
We had some kind of conflict or bug in the code provided, which in turn disabled our Google analytics software. Big sigh of relief all round!
So now we have our site back in one piece, all we need now is those nice people at Text Link Ads to supply us with lots of advertisers!

We added the Google analytics code to track web traffic on our site-unfortunatley-ON all the pages, its coming up with certification errors, clearly indicating that there is SSL conflict..Its so frustating if such errors pops up just because we have this piece of code added on our website.Then-all these are side effects, which is not good sign for Google Analytics software release
